ALICE OKALI is an information technologist & organizational change management leader with over 20 years of experience utilizing technology in the delivery of reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions. She has expertise in large-scale digital transformational initiatives to deploy a consistent and effective change approach that aligns with an organization’s culture resulting in an exceptional experience, desired business outcomes, and adoption for all stakeholders. Alice has worked in the government and private sectors and knows how to cater to the business needs of both organizations. She is customer-focused, data-driven, and takes ownership. Alice earned her B.A. in Computer Science & Quantitative Methods from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Project
The Los Angeles County Chief Executive Office (CEO) leads the County’s Anti-Racism, Diversity, and Equity Initiative, which works to eliminate racial disparities in housing and homelessness. To support this work, LA County will partner with FUSE to coordinate and implement recommendations put forward by the County’s Ad-Hoc Committee on Black People Experiencing Homelessness.
