ANNA VOLD has extensive experience in organizational development, working with multinational companies around the world in such industries as pharmaceutical, fast-moving consumer goods, manufacturing, IT, and risk management. Her mission is to bring balance and simplicity to organizational development, making sure that strategies create a competitive advantage for businesses. One of her recent projects includes the large-scale design and successful implementation of a revolutionary training and development approach for a Moscow government agency. Anna earned an M.A. in linguistics and cross-cultural communication from Moscow State Pedagogical University and an M.S. in organizational psychology from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Project
To improve operations during the pandemic and better serve patients, the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services is working to institute an innovative new return-to-work staffing management model, support essential staff, and transform its way of working. FUSE Executive Fellow Anna Vold is developing and implementing the return-to-work staffing management model, while also maintaining DHS’s emergency child care infrastructure and supporting telework initiatives.
