In BJ HARLOW’s 20+ year career, he has led many teams for Fortune 500 companies and brands. His experience spans across all classes of trade and categories. His roles as VP of Sales, Marketing, and Client Services have equipped me to be a valued contributor from day one. In addition to his career achievements, Harlow is proud to say he is a husband and father of three wonderful children living in the Central Valley in California. He has coached high school football for the past 16 years to give back to his community and help instill the right values in the next generation. Harlow finds that his role as a leader in his profession has many similarities to coaching football, which helps build winning teams.

Project
First 5 Fresno County and FUSE are partnering to strengthen community-based organizations’ (CBOs) capacity to access and manage Medi-Cal healthcare funding. The project will develop tools, funding strategies, and training programs to enable CBOs to scale services. FUSE Executive Fellow BJ Harlow will build systems and partnerships to support sustainable access to funding. Ultimately, this work will expand access to community-based healthcare for Fresno residents.
