Project
Baltimore City is expanding homeownership opportunities as a pathway to economic stability and generational wealth, with a particular focus on residents with lower incomes and historically underserved communities. FUSE Executive Fellow Dalmar James, Jr. will develop a strategic framework to unify and expand homeownership coaching resources across the city. This initiative aims to address historical housing challenges while creating a comprehensive support system for prospective homebuyers. By empowering residents with the knowledge and resources needed to achieve sustainable homeownership, Baltimore seeks to foster community stability and economic resilience for future generations.
