DELLA WILLIAMS (2017-18) has more than 20 years of experience in IT consulting, most of which she spent at IBM, working across three continents. She has managed complex, multi-million dollar IT projects within various industries and provided global information technology services to outsourced clients. Della has a demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary and international teams in complex environments. Della earned her BA and Masters in Library Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Home rental prices in Pittsburgh are rising quickly and the city is working to address the decreasing number of affordable units. Della helped the city find creative ways to increase access to affordable housing and develop more flexibility in financing affordable housing projects. Read more
