ERIC ROSEN has more than 15 years of management consulting and business advisory experience leading complex strategic and transformational projects on behalf of global media and entertainment companies. Most recently, he worked with North Highland, managing projects ranging from finance transformation to agile development. Prior to that role, he worked with Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Strategic Vision Consulting, and Cognizant Technology Solutions. At Cognizant, he led strategic and operational engagements covering digital distribution, intellectual property management, financial planning, and analysis. Eric holds an MBA from USC and a BA from Washington University in St. Louis.
Project
In response to the more than 50 million visitors who arrive in Los Angeles each year, the city’s Department of Convention & Tourism Development is working on its first long-term strategic plan for tourism. FUSE Executive Fellow Eric Rosen led this initiative and completed the Tourism Master Plan, which will transform Los Angeles into an innovative and modern destination, providing a world class visitor experience while augmenting the quality of life for all Angelenos.
