JON QUIMBY (2017-18) has extensive experience in project management, customer experience strategy, and operations management. Past roles include management consulting for PricewaterhouseCoopers, program management for Medtronic, and strategy development for international software start-ups. Prior to receiving an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Jon served as a Marine Corps officer, completing tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition, he received a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago.
Project
Our nation’s capital is working to be more citizen-centered in the way it connects its services to residents and businesses. Jon helped improve the process and technology of the department’s operations in order to improve the citizen service experience. Read more
