Project
Columbus, OH, is addressing a growing mental health crisis by expanding services through Columbus Public Health (CPH) to better support vulnerable communities facing systemic barriers to care. FUSE Executive Fellow Lisa White will conduct a gap analysis, engage stakeholders, and develop a business case to expand mental health services while ensuring alignment with existing efforts. This project will provide CPH with a strategic roadmap to address the mental health needs of the city’s most underserved populations and create sustainable, coordinated care solutions.
