MICHELLE MARTIN BONNER has extensive experience in human resources, recruiting, diversity and inclusion, leadership, and professional development. She has worked with healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and law firms, including Lathrop Gage, Thompson Coburn, Faith Miracle Temple, and Saint Louis University (SLU). Michelle holds a B.S. in business administration from SLU, a J.D. from SLU School of Law, a Certificate in Employment Law from the SLU William C. Wefel Center for Employment Law, and a M.A. in Christian ministry from Missouri Baptist University.
Project
St. Louis is working to recruit and retain police officers who are representative of all the communities they serve. FUSE Executive Fellow Michelle Martin Bonner developed strategies to increase the number of highly qualified diverse candidates, resulting in a broadened applicant pool.
