OMAR ZOHERI has more than 15 years of management consulting experience in the retail, semiconductor, nonprofit, and energy industries, leading mission critical projects and focusing on making sound decisions with data. For more than a decade, he worked as a director at AlixPartners, executing projects that delivered high-impact business transformation solutions for global retail and wholesale companies. His clients have benefited from his expertise in global strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and organizational effectiveness. Omar earned a B.A. with a concentration in biology from The University of Chicago.

Project

The Los Angeles Department of Health Services is working to ensure adequate succession planning in light of the likely increase in retirements due to the impact of COVID-19. FUSE Executive Fellow Omar Zoheri is working to implement a succession planning process, develop internal leaders, and transform work from home capacities and resources.
