RAY CHEUNG (2016-17) has more than two decades of experience in international business and governmental cooperation related to sustainable development in China. He served as the executive director of the US-China Energy Cooperation Program (ECP) and has consulted for the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation on financing clean technology deployment. In addition, Ray led the World Resources Institute’s clean technology business incubator in China and was an advisor to the chairman of AIG Companies in China on clean technology investment strategies. He has a B.S. in conservation resource studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Georgetown University.
