SONIA NANDA (2016-17) has more than 15 years of management experience, working for technology companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500s. She most recently served as vice president of operations and customer support for Guidance Software. In her ten-plus years of employment at Guidance Software, Sonia helped scale enterprise systems and processes to support revenue growth from a $10 million business to a $120 million business. Her areas of expertise include customer service strategy and business process re-engineering to optimize operations performance. She holds a B.A. from Smith College.
