FUSE Executive Fellow Noelle Galperin helped Children Now in Oakland build a diverse coalition of organizations to focus California executives and legislators on the needs of children. She contributed to the development of the movement’s strategy plan and established alliances and engaged elected officials to scale the movement’s work. In 11 months, Noelle doubled the number of California companies who identify as pro-kid to 500, and she signed up over 4,000 individuals to support the movement.
NOELLE GALPERIN (2012-13) has more than 20 years of operational marketing and general management experience. She began her career with Colgate-Palmolive, working in international brand management in New York, Manila, and Mexico City. Then as the principal of Galperin & Associates, she worked closely with the CEOs and founders of early-stage companies in a number of operational roles to formulate strategic plans, catalyze business development, and create breakthrough marketing communications programs. Noelle has a B.A. from Wellesley College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
