Tulsa and FUSE are building a cohesive youth workforce ecosystem that connects young people to training, paid experience, and meaningful careers.
Young people in Tulsa are eager to contribute their talents to emerging industries, yet pathways can be challenging to find and navigate. Families and employers alike benefit when career exploration, training, and work-based learning are coordinated and easily accessible. The City is elevating youth voice and aligning partners so opportunities are visible, connected, and supportive of long-term success.
FUSE is partnering with the Mayor’s Office to map resources, identify gaps, and co-create solutions with educators, employers, and community organizations. FUSE Executive Fellow Stacy Boone will convene stakeholders, share evidence-based practices, and develop a sustainability roadmap that fosters long-term partnerships and collaboration. This work will open doors to dignified careers, increase local talent retention, and ensure that Tulsa’s young people can thrive in the place they call home.
