Christine’s fellowship focused on scaling The Children’s Movement of Californian a sustainable manner. Christine began the practice of capturing social media metrics monthly and providing a report of the results. She assumed the day-to-day management of the Children Now social media accounts, as well as trained other staff members on using social media tools via webinars, how-to documents, and one-on-one support. Christine created strategies to help track interactions with prospective members, record follow-up, and use conversion metrics to determine which outreach efforts are the most effective. She created and analyzed the the first Children Now member survey and based on this work she suggested fifteen critical organizational next steps, including near-term and long-term projects.
