Our staff works primarily on a remote basis and we seek colleagues from a wide array of backgrounds who reflect the communities we serve.

Organization: FUSE Corps

The Director of Strategic Partnerships will foster relationships with government officials, foundations, and community leaders to help determine the growth trajectory of the FUSE Executive Fellowship program and its capacity for social impact in cities throughout the country. The Director will work closely with local stakeholders to design dozens of executive fellowship projects each year and to secure the government contracts and philanthropic support needed to underwrite those projects. 

The Associate will provide administrative and operational support to ensure that FUSE is able to pursue its mission with a robust executive fellowship project pipeline. Working in close partnership with various team members across the organization, the Associate will help ensure that FUSE is able to meet its goals for each executive fellowship cohort by assisting in scope building, contracting, and relationship maintenance of our government partners and national civic organizations.
