FUSE Executive Fellow Gabrielle Garvin

Gabrielle Garvin

City of Atlanta — Office of the Mayor

Catalyzing Neighborhood-Based Youth Development and Reinvestment

GABRIELLE GARVIN is an enterprise transformation and change leader with more than 13 years of experience helping organizations turn ambitious visions into measurable results. She has partnered with executive leaders across government, consulting, nonprofit, finance, and private sectors to lead complex, high-impact initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, strengthen operations, and drive meaningful outcomes for communities and stakeholders.

Recognized for her ability to bring together diverse stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and build alignment around bold visions that require both strategic leadership and disciplined execution. Her expertise spans organizational change management, enterprise transformation, program governance, workforce modernization, strategic planning, executive facilitation, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and human-centered implementation.

Throughout her career, Garvin has led enterprise-scale transformation efforts impacting organizations of more than 50,000 employees, helping leaders operationalize complex initiatives where strategy, technology, workforce, and culture intersect. She brings a unique ability to bridge vision and execution—designing pathways that move organizations from aspiration to action while building trust, engagement, and sustainable adoption.

Garvin brings both structure and humanity to transformation. Whether facilitating executive conversations, designing implementation strategies, leading organizational change, or aligning stakeholders across competing interests, she is often sought for mission-critical initiatives where success depends on influence, clarity, and momentum.

At her core, Garvin is a builder of momentum, helping organizations transform not only systems and processes but also the way people work, lead, and create impact. She believes the most effective change leaders do more than manage projects; they create alignment, inspire confidence, and make bold visions achievable at scale.

Project

The City of Atlanta and FUSE are partnering to align and strengthen youth development initiatives across historically underinvested neighborhoods. The project will coordinate programs across education, safety, and career pathways under a unified strategy. FUSE Executive Fellow Gabrielle Garvin will drive cross-sector collaboration and systems alignment. Ultimately, this work will expand opportunity, reduce disparities, and make Atlanta the best place to raise a child.
