The City of Atlanta and FUSE are working together to build a coordinated, citywide youth development system that expands opportunity and improves outcomes for young people in historically underserved communities. The Executive Fellow will conduct a comprehensive listening tour with city agencies, community organizations, youth, and funders to understand how programs operate and identify coordination gaps. This engagement will inform a landscape analysis of existing initiatives tied to the Neighborhood Reinvestment Initiative.
The Fellow will design and implement a strategic framework to align programs across early education, safe spaces, and career pathways, while improving grant management and performance tracking. The project will strengthen partnerships across sectors and elevate youth voice in program design. By institutionalizing coordination and accountability, this work will enable Atlanta to deliver a more integrated youth development ecosystem that supports long-term success for all young residents.
