JESSICA ARONOFF‘s career—spanning the corporate, philanthropic, legal, and nonprofit sectors—has been guided by an unwavering commitment to social justice and fostering purpose and potential in leaders, teams, and organizations. Most recently consulting in the areas of strategy, management, corporate culture, and social impact, Jessica previously served as vice president of philanthropy for The Wonderful Company and as executive director for Break the Cycle, a domestic violence services organization. A former senior fellow at the Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab at USC Marshall School of Business, Jessica received her B.A. in English from Wesleyan University and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law.

L.A. County is working to ensure that those emerging from the criminal justice system are successfully reintegrated into society. FUSE Executive Fellow Jessica Aronoff worked with the county to strengthen wraparound services and ensure that people under post-release community supervision are able to swiftly and successfully rejoin their communities.
