JULIE SELL has worked as a journalist, a consultant, and in the nonprofit sector. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She recently completed a midcareer program at the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley.

St. Paul is working to leverage emerging technologies to improve mobility and transportation for residents and businesses. FUSE executive fellow Julie Sell helped develop a strategic plan, educate relevant parties about emerging technologies, and devise ideas for implementation. Read more
