NANCY LAMBERT has extensive management consulting experience that spans industries focused on technology and change management solutions. As a consultant for Emerson Human Capital, she worked with top executives at Deloitte Consulting and the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences. During her 21 years at Accenture, Nancy worked with manufacturing and financial services clients, and then as director of capability development for more than 117,000 global technologists. As a fellow with Common Sense Media, she helped policy makers protect kids and prepare them to thrive in the digital age. Nancy earned her B.S. in finance from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.

Project

Demand is growing for services from the Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering. At the same time, a quarter of its employees are nearing retirement. To ensure an effective knowledge transfer of ongoing projects, the bureau is looking to update its infrastructure for storing and accessing data. To help create a shared library of digital content, FUSE Executive Fellow Nancy Lambert is evaluating and recommending solutions, helping the city maximize its resources and better serve residents.
