Project
King County strives to tackle energy justice issues, primarily the heavy utility burden of marginalized groups, especially renters in multi-family dwellings. Through a year-long Fellowship, starting in October 2023, FUSE Executive Fellow S. Neil Larsen aims to alleviate this burden by forging key stakeholder relationships, analyzing the renters’ utility burden, and formulating policy recommendations, thus empowering King County to foster energy justice and climate resilience in the long run.
