Paul worked with the senior leadership team at America’s Promise Alliance to define, engage, and mobilize a national network of business and education leaders to improve all phases of children’s lives from birth through high school. His research surfaced that more than 400 local and statewide organizations exist to link business capacity with the needs of the education system. He surveyed and analyzed this market and conducted an innovation lab with cross-sector leaders to prototype new solutions. Paul secured $100,000 from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to include the business perspective in the national dialog on college & career ready standards. He also created a strategy and execution plan for the nation’s business-education coalitions to collaborate and connect.
